Shared standards
Common competencies, observable behaviours and assessment criteria give instructors a shared frame of reference.
Turn training, operational and safety data into insight,
decisions and safer pilots.
Atlantyx connects training and operational reality in a continuous loop, turning evidence into better training, stronger competencies and greater resilience for safer operations.
Agreement on a grade is only the beginning. Reliable assessment connects what instructors observe, how they interpret it and the grade that the evidence justifies.
Common competencies, observable behaviours and assessment criteria give instructors a shared frame of reference.
Agreement between instructors is not enough. Assessments must reflect the required standard, the observed evidence and the operational context.
Interpret performance across sessions, instructors and populations, while accounting for the context of each assessment.
Two instructors may both award 3/4 while observing different behaviours. Understand those differences before drawing conclusions about performance.
Identify the behaviours and events each instructor actually observed.
Relate those observations to the required standard and the assessment context.
Check whether the evidence supports the grade, including whether the required standard was met.
Agreement is not proof of sound assessment. If every instructor awards 3/4 when the demonstrated performance falls below the required standard, their grades are consistent — but the assessment is still wrong.
Instructors may observe different aspects of a session. The aim is to understand those differences and their implications, not to force identical observations.
Is the difference in the pilot’s performance, the training design or the assessment?
Know before you decide.Understand the quality of your evidence before you diagnose, predict or act.
Most systems help you manage training. Atlantyx helps you go further.
Planning coordinates the operation. Training Intelligence connects the evidence, the decisions and the next training cycle.
Who does what, when and with which resource?
The schedule brings people, resources and sessions together.
Why did it happen, and what should change next?
Connected evidence guides decisions. The next cycle measures their effect.
In Atlantyx, planning supports the operation — and feeds a wider training intelligence loop.
