Cookie Policy

A clear view of the technologies used by the Atlantyx public website — and the choices you have.
Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of information stored or accessed on your device. Some are necessary for a website to function; others can be used for preferences, measurement, analytics or advertising.

2. What Atlantyx currently uses

Current public-site configuration: essential technologies only. Non-essential analytics are not currently activated.
CategoryPurposeConsent
EssentialOperate the website and remember privacy/cookie choices where necessary. Not required where strictly necessary.
AnalyticsWould help us understand aggregate website usage.Required before activation. Currently inactive.
AdvertisingAdvertising or cross-site profiling. Not currently used.

4. Browser controls

Most browsers also allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies. Browser controls operate independently from the Atlantyx preference interface. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect functionality that depends on it.

5. Third-party websites

The Atlantyx website may link to third-party websites. Those websites operate under their own privacy and cookie practices, and their technologies are not governed by this Cookie Policy.

6. If our cookie use changes

If we introduce analytics or another non-essential technology, we will update the consent interface and this policy to identify the relevant category, purpose and applicable retention information before or when that technology is activated.

The former Polaris-Flight policy listed StatCounter cookies. This Atlantyx policy does not carry those cookies forward because they are not part of the current Atlantyx website configuration.

7. Questions

If you have questions about our use of cookies or similar technologies, please contact us through the Atlantyx Contact page.
